ABSTRACT
The basic objective of this study was to analytically ascertain the in pad of profitability and solvency ratios on the firms. It took Nigeria Breweries Plc, as the case study. To achieve the objective of the study two single regression mode/s were specifIed for the study both models were empirically estimated with ordinary least squares ('OLS.) regression inc/hod. The esu/inated results indicated that application of pro/liability rculio had a pus iIii' and signifIcant impact on earnings per share and cash collection had LI uieIii'e and signlcant impact on bad debt.
