ABSTRACT

 Accounting information is a vital tool necessary to Support pragmatic and effective corporate decision making. This study was carried out to assess the impact of accounting  information on corporate decision making: it was a case study UBA pie. Primary data used to carry out the statistical analysis obth med tlir ugh the ad: i iistration of a close ended questionnaire. A simple ecoiiometric model specified fu the study was estimated using ordinary least squares. '1 he empirical result of the csiimated model indicated that there was a positive, a statistically significant effect between accounting information and corporate decision makiiig. It was recommended that organization should protect their accounting informatiun systems, with proactive oi itrol measures against hacks and virus, ensure that accounting ml on nation ha\. e the desirable characteristics and staff should be trained regularly on expert systems.
