ABSTRACT

This study aims at to ascertain the effectiveness of consumer service delivery in the fast food industry (Mr. Biggs) in Owerri. The data was collected through primary and secondary data; and was analyzed through chi-square (:2j. The result shows thit there is significant relationship between service dehvery and consumer paronage of Mr. Biggs. It was recommended that responsivel tess should be their watchword, prompt service should be provided. Also, service iidustry should make sure their customers are satisfied at all time to stimulate repeatd patronage.
