ABSTRACT

This project, Effective Marking Strategy for Improved Profitability of Rental Organization in Rivers State; a study of Sabio Rental, Port Harcourt, has the objective of looking into the marketing strategies of Sabio rental is applying that attracts customers. And also to find out the reason for customers perceptive of the company's charges, to also find why customers are still satisfied with the services s rendered to them by Sabio Rentals. The population of the study is comprises of the staff of Sabio Rentals company and some of their customers with a total population of 150, during the calculation of sample size the number was determine to be 109 which was used in administering the questionnaire. In the test of hypothesis it was noticed that Sabio was lacking behind in the aspect of not knowing that they have other competitors, having collected arranged and analyzed the data. It was observed that Sabio Rentals does not advertise their market because they feel they are rendering a better serve. Also one of the findings is that Sabio Rental does not care to find out if customers are satisfied or not. Therefore, the researcher recommend that the Sabio Rental should in back on promotional campaign with improvement of performance by their staff and also put more effort in their services rendered to the customers.
