Effect Of Foreign Direct Investment On Housing In Nigerian Agribusiness Sector. (A Study Of Some Selected Commercial Banks' And Individual Corporate Developers).

ABSTRACT

This project work examines the effect of foreign direct investment on housing in Nigeria. specifically, other objectives of this study were to examine the contribution of foreign direct investors and deposit money banks' with some individual cooperate developers.. Moreover, it examines theoretically, the influence of some other variables that were not statistically analyzed, considering their importance and roles on housing in Nigeria. It was a descriptive research and information was obtained from secondary source, mainly from CBN publications, especially those from the housing sector, this study applies the OLS multiple regression methods of analysis. The outcome thus obtained proves that no significant effect on housing in Nigeria. Based on these findings, recommendation were made on how better to manage foreign direct investment in flow and deposit money banks/individual cooperate developers in order to beef up the effort towards housing within the Nigeria economy.
