Challenges And Prospects Of Liquid Assets Management In Nigerian Business Enterprises

ABSTRACT

This study was carried to primarily examine the challenges and prospects of liquid asset management in Nigeria Business enterprise with reference to Dangote Plc and Nigeria Brewery Plc were analyzed using multiple regression models. The empirical analysis revealed that there is significant relationship between liquid asset management and return on asset and there is sign /Icant relationship between liquid asset management and return on investment. It was recommended that the companies should ensure that there is excess of liquidity available at the companies, in a various aspects of investments in order to increase the company' profitability and to get benefits from the time value of the available money since there is sign jflcanl relationship between liquid asset management and return on asset.
