An Investigation Into The Effective And Efficient Inventory Management To Enhance Profitability In Manufacturing Firms In Abia State (A Study Of Nigerian Breweries Plc, Aba Plant)

ABSTRACT

This work is an investigation on how inventory management can enhance profit in the manufacturing firms (A study of Nigeria Breweries Plc. Aba Plant). Also this research work has critically looked into the economic growth and profitability to the manufacturing companies and the entrepreneur. Furthermore, this research work uncovered this significance and objectives of good inventory management to the manufacturing sector and some other sectors that operate with large inventories (eg. Construction company (ies), the banking and insurance sector). All these inventories of properties, equipment, raw, materials work in progress and finished goods form part of the capital of the entrepreneur. These are explained in this research work which consists of five (5) chapters. After all the analysis, the findings observation and conclusions will be made with recommendations
